About this item

Highlights

  • Built on our fan-favorite noodle flavor. If you've had the Sweet & Spicy noodles, you know this profile — this is what it tastes like when it has room to work across proteins, vegetables, and everything else.
  • Gochujang is the core. Fermented, layered, and complex, it gives the sauce a depth that one-note hot sauces don't have.
  • Balanced by design. The gochujang brings moderate heat that the brown sugar keeps in check. It’s warm and present, never overwhelming.

Description

A beloved staple in the Momofuku pantry. Gochujang is the foundation: fermented, savory, and complex in a way that builds rather than burns. Dark brown sugar grounds it. Rice vinegar keeps it bright. Toasted sesame oil rounds out the finish. Sweet & Spicy Sauce brings a gentle heat that makes you want another bite, not a break. You'll feel it, but it never takes over. Toss it with salmon before grilling, spoon it over a rice bowl, use it as a dipping sauce straight from the bottle. It holds up across all of them.
