Unit comes with many attachments and parts that you have to figure out how to store. Would be nice if it included a storage rack. The unit works well and is easy to use. The pads make mopping the floor very easy. Glides right over the floor. They are reusable. The handheld stores in the machine itself. Very easy to remove and use. I can't wait to try all the attachments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the PurSteam 12-in-1 Steam mop as a courtesy to test and review. This arrived very quickly and was easy to put together straight out of the box. The steam mop is not to heavy and easy to use. I love how you can use one steam mop to clean your entire house due to its versatility. This steam mop not only acts as a mop but you can press a button and separate it from the main housing unit and use it as a hand held steamer. It comes with 11 attachments, two microfiber cloths, a steamer cloth and a duster cloth along with the measuring cup and a funnel. I use this to mop my floors, steam my cabinets, clean my baseboards, clean my couches and our blinds. There is so much versatility and that is why I love it. The only thing I wish it had was a wireless feature and a bag to store all of the different attachments. I highly recommend and at the price point you just cannot beat for the functionality.

Not only does this steam clean floors, it can do windows, bathroom sinks and showers, cabinet faces, and more! Challenging learning curve for new users
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam mop heats up quickly and has a ton of attachments. As long as you know how the attachments work, you've got a lot of options for cleaning. It does do a pretty good job at picking up whatever is left from other forms of cleaning. However, there is no storage bag for all the attachments, handling is challenging when cleaning the floor and with the challenging learning curve, user satisfaction is not present. This is the first steam mop I've used but based on this experience, I don't see myself going out to buy one anytime soon.

I Really Like It!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a decent product. I have only used it one time so far, but it cleaned well. It is heavy duty and comes with several attachments, which I like. I can’t wait to use it on hard to reach places. The only drawback back is I am use to using clean products in my devices, like mopping, so instead I sprayed cleaning product on the floor first. This makes it a double job BUT I do like the steam mop so I’ll get use to it.

The downside is that the brushes got deformed, as if they couldn’t handle the heat, which doesn’t make sense. The floor cleaning option is excellent — it’s even better than my previous device, which was from a very famous brand. It’s very versatile, easy to store, and easy to empty the dirt.

It’s chemical free and powerful way to clean tile, hardwood and it is detachable to be handheld and good for steaming garments or tight spaces. It made it so easy to pulll up the grimy sticky areas on my floor because the steam helped to loosen the particles. The pads in the picture below are enough to show how well it pulls up dirt and grime. I love that it has squeegee attachment for cleaning glass door on showers.. 12 options is totally worth the price

Great little machine!
Moving into a new condo and bought this to steam the new place. Decided to try in on a carpet in the current home. WOW! The steamer brought the carpet back to life. It was dull and faded looking and it came back to life! Can’t wait to try the attachments at the new home! It’s a little hard to fill and empty the water reservoir, but it did a great job cleaning!!

Is not the best steamer, but it would do some work for you. I bought it bc of the price and ratings. Would I buy it again?…no. While it does have a good steamer, the attachments are quite bad. Moves around as it has a rounded head which allows flexibility but is impossible to keep it straight and is frustrating especially when trying to concentrate into a greasy surface. Th mop pads are not good and to clean a decent size kitchen can be a nightmare. Probably good for small places. Delivered was good.

Great Steam Mop
I use this thing every week to deep clean my wood floors and sanitize my carpets. Love that its 2/1 so that I can easily sanitize the dog bed and the couch as well. Haven't tried all the other attachments but I am excited to try them out at some point!
