Ripped off

Don't buy from this Target 'Partner'. received damaged and this Target partner agreed to pay $144 in a partial refund instead of returning the whole thing. I agreed, but o but a week and a half later after repeated promises for my refund, I got nothing. Don't do business with this company. Target won't do anything about it either. Pictures of their promise to pay me and the damage.
