I had taken only two a day for years. But for the last couple months I have been taking six a day and I think it helps with the inflammation in my arthritic knees. I had to stop running 16 yrs ago because of it. At age 63.
This helps keep my cholesterol under control!

I didn't take note of the pill size when I ordered it - was just looking at ingredients. I can't take it -its way too big for me to swallow- and I'm not about to open the capsule and take the oil straight. Wish I could return it, or give it to somebody who could use it.
