Ryka Womens Podlow Walking Sneaker

I walk on a treadclimber several times a week. I’m 70 years old and love the outdoors. These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn to walk. They have good arch support and lots of cushioning. I’ve worn Ryka shoes for sports for as long as I can remember. Thank you for thinking of women specifically.

I have been consistently happy with my last three purchases from Ryka, which is why I decided to get my fourth pair. I needed walking shoes for work, so I gave these bright yellow ones a try. As always, Ryka lived up to its promise of comfort. The shoes are incredibly light, and my feet feel happy inside them every time I wear them. However, as someone who values both form and function, I found this pair to be a bit of a mixed bag. The roomy toe space certainly adds to the comfort, but since I have small, narrow feet, the shoes ended up being too wide for me. Unfortunately, the shape didn't flatter my feet as much as I had hoped. I also encountered a couple of issues that were red flags for me. I had read two negative comments about the shoe laces and creasing, and they turned out to be true. The creasing made my shoes look worn out after just a month of use, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the shoe laces have a frustrating tendency to untie themselves while I'm rushing to work, no matter what I do. Believe me, I've tried every trick I know, except replacing them. In summary, while these shoes are great for comfort, they fall short in terms of style and practicality for my needs.

These are the best shoes I have ever worn. The positive difference I can feel in my back is amazing. I have been a customer for years and have always had positive experience with the shoes, but this is fantastic. I walk 3 miles a day at least 5 days a week. These shoes have made my walks pain free.

This shoe style did not work for me. The sole of the shoe was fine but the body of the shoe was stiff and did not feel great on my foot.

I was skeptical buying these but once on my feet I was pleasantly surprised that they were light and pillowie yet supportive.

After a full day of being on my feet and moving, my feet did not feel sore at all. I could feel the ground pretty well and the only thing that threw me was the mesh but these are great.

The color is vibrant and fun! I didn’t experience any blistering or pain, even after walking for miles. They put a spring in my step!
