Worst thing I've bought so far. When I took out package it was flat and scrunched different spots like not folded neatly. I thought it would inflate if I left it out hanging for a while but it was still flat so I thought it would inflate when the water soaks in it and still it did not get cushioning at all. There is weird stuff inside that feels hard and there isn't cushion at all. The mesh is uncomfortable and they didnt even place the hook evenly in the middle. only one suction cup worked, the rest were bent either backwards or where they would stay open. The pillow kept falling in the bath since the suction cups didnt work and it was very uncomfortable and my neck was still bent so much since there was not cushion. Idk how this got so many good reviews, it was so bad.

These are absolutely great,At first we had a time with the suction but all worked out.I got my Granddaughter one as well.Shes in Love with it.Its very comfortable! Plus has a lifetime warranty. I recommend this product!
