This is a great cleanser for exfoliation without roughness. I have dry skin but I love the squeaky-clean feeling, and using this around 2 times a week has been the perfect balance for me. It lets me feel like I am doing that scrub-clean enough but without irritating my skin at all. It lathers up nicely, washes off fully, and doesn't feel like it leaves a residue but also doesn't leave my skin feeling tight.

I used to love this product but it doesn’t seem to have the grit that it used to in it. My face doesn’t feel as smooth when using this. I’m very disappointed that you have changed this product and that it doesn’t work the way it used to.

It is possible that minor changes have been made in the formula of a product; however, the performance should meet or exceed previous results and may not be noticeable at all. There are different reasons why a formula might be changed; availability of ingredients, changing industry requirements, and product improvements are common examples. The ingredients listed on the physical product are always the accurate listing.

I like that this cleanser offers gentle physical exfoliation, as I find my skin benefits from this in addition to my chemical exfoliators. You can customize how scrubby or gentle it is my adjusting the amount of water you use to spread it across your face. This cleanser is also not too drying, which is nice as I don't dry my face and feel like my skin is going to start flaking write away as I do with more soapy-type cleansers.

I used to love this product. Now it’s just OK. It’s exfoliating properties have been reduced considerably. The last batch I got felt just creamy. I’ve noticed a change in my skin. I’ve use this cleanser for close to 20 years and I really disappointed at what’s happened to it.
