Defective

Don’t waste your money. I have had it for 2 weeks and the item is defective. Futon does not stay in the upright position. Tried to contact Target and was told I had to find a box for it and take it to UPS-not possible. Apparently this is what they call a third party purchase and can’t offer a resolution. Waste of money.

Love this futon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this can serve as a couch and a bed, especially when I'll be moving into a smaller space and won't have an extra bed. I love that it is firm, the back can recline into 3 different positions & the arms can be removed if someone longer will be sleeping on it.
