Chair is amazingly comfortable and functional. Taking 1 star off because the instructions were wrong (or the bases to slide into were backwards), so it was a bit of an issue getting the right side on. Other than that, it was super easy.

Chair came with backward hinges. Had to reinstall the correct way. Been a week the cushion still seems crunched. Love the functions it comes with.. Personally wouldn't buy again.

I looove my new chair and Ottoman! I will say it was one of the most challenging things to install the arm rests on the chair seat base but once it was all installed, so comfy. It's versatile, functional with the cup holders (which are a little shallow but no big deal), arm storage and giant ottoman! I was very surprised. The quality seems pretty good too! It's a short chair but compact, still a wider chair and cozy for it's kind. I love to read in it and studying. Almost fell asleep in it the other day.

Love this chair!

My chair is exactly as described. I love it! It is very comfortable. The only con is that when putting the left arm on the base, I had to lift the base and slide it on the hardware to attach it. The right side I slid the arm down onto the base. But after figuring that out everything else worked perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone.
