This arrived with no instructions and no way to contact the company and find them. I was able to find a youtube video of a smilar dresser by the same company to (attempt) to put it together. The quality is terrible and it splits anytime you try and tighten a screw even the tiniest bit. The pre-drilled holes for the drawer pulls are not helpful when they are only on the surface, would not be able to do it without a drill without damaging the material even more. I purchased this on sale, and even then it was way too expensive for the quality of the product. They also make returning it such a hassle and inconvenience that it is impossible for me, so I am just out the money now.

There is no f hardware piece and I can’t make it work, this wasted me a lot of time and cause unnecessary frustration

The pre-drilled holes did not line up with the screws, and several screws would not tighten, making the dresser unstable. The top panel was very thin, and one screw went straight through it. I contacted the manufacturer for a replacement, but was told to reinstall the top backward, which did not fix the problem. The dresser is poorly made and unsafe. Very disappointed with the quality and support. They keep asking for pictures, it seems like they are not interested in helping fix the problem.

I ordered this dresser in the picture and I got a completely different dresser. How am I supposed to return it now that it’s all built. Please send out the right dresser I ordered.

Very fragile and the drawers dont stay close . I tried to return i need to un build it to return it im assuming with a baby it looks like my loss.

Barely holds clothes. Very small.

Take time to build took my husband almost 2 hours. But it’s very nice looking I’m 5’1 reaches me to my hips for reference.

Biggest waste of money, if I could give it 0 stars I would. Quality is absolute garbage, drawers are tiny and fit nothing, instructions made no sense, parts came damaged as well as the package it came in so I had to carry up the pieces individually, and not returnable if you don’t have the box. Emailed the sellers customer service email and heard nothing back.

This is the worst thing I’ve ever purchased. It is super wobbly, the pieces of wood came damaged, the instructions are so unclear, most of the pieces are unlabeled and all of the screws are just thrown in two bags which means you don’t know which one to use when putting the pieces together. I spent hours struggling to put it together and it is impossible. DO NOT BUT IT!!!!

Smaller than I anticipated the drawers are pretty shallow and feel kinda loose in the dresser overall a good dresser but may be more friendly for a kids room

I genuinely wish I could give this negative stars. This is the worst $200 I’ve ever spent in my life. I would have much rather gone to the casino and lost my $200 there than have to deal with this terrible dresser. We almost put the entire thing together then it was literally missing parts and we had to take the whole thing apart and put it all back into the box. The quality is also so bad like this is a scam. I’m actually beyond frustrated so this is going to be returned immediately. DO NOT BUY THIS

This was awful to put together. So many screws, holes not deep enough, painful to use tiny screwdriver. I threw it out!

this is a stupid dresser that falls apart every time you open it DO NOT BUY IT. seriously this thing isn’t gonna last me even a year i’m just glad i got it on sale but i regret buying it. terrible storage capacity for how big it is and the screws don’t stay in or broke with barely any use. and i can’t return it how am i supposed to ship a fully built dresser back. so now i’m stuck with a broken dresser and i’m out 200 bucks.

Recommend this dresser! but does take 2 people and a bit of time to put together. However, I believe it is worth the price. Would definitely purchase again. Have had for 4 months any use it daily. No complaints here.

This is the first time I have ever written a review for Target, and it is only because of how misleading this dresser turned out to be. Starting with the delivery, I ordered two 6-drawer dressers. They arrived in about a week, which was completely fine. What surprised me was that each dresser came in a single box weighing exactly 100 pounds. The issue was not that it was one box, but that the box was extremely heavy, long, bulky, and awkward to move. When unboxing, I was immediately concerned by the amount of sawdust. While most of it brushed off easily, some of what looked like sawdust was actually paint chipping off the edges. This was disappointing, though it appeared to be on an internal piece that would not be visible once fully assembled. Like most furniture instructions, there is an early diagram showing all the included hardware, such as screws and fasteners. The diagram indicates differences between screws labeled A and a, as well as A1 and a1. However, there was no clear explanation or diagram showing what A1 and a1 actually looked like. When I started assembling one of the first drawers, the instructions emphasized that using the A1 screws was very important. Since I could not identify which screws were which, I laid them all out to compare sizes. The quality control was poor, as the plastic hardware varied inconsistently. Eventually, I gave up trying to tell them apart and used the regular screws instead. I included a photo of this in my review. After assembling one drawer, I paused because the drawer itself was extremely small. It immediately made me question the overall size of the dresser. I went back to read reviews more closely and noticed that many of the five-star ratings were coming from websites other than Target. The reviews actually posted on Target frequently mention poor quality, low value, and issues with the wood, often stating they would not recommend it. It became clear that many of the positive reviews were pulled from third-party sites, likely inflating the product’s rating on Target. At that point, I decided to return both dressers due to the smaller-than-expected size and the misleading reviews. Before doing so, I compared it to our current dresser, the IKEA Malm. The size difference is honestly laughable. The drawers on this dresser are so small they seem designed for a toddler. This is not a full-size dresser unless you own very few clothes or live in a college dorm. The staged photos on the product listing do not accurately represent the true size, and that feels intentional. Overall, I would not recommend this product. Now I am left returning two 100-pound boxes to Target. Hopefully this review helps others realize that this dresser is not what it appears to be and is extremely misleading.
