Pretty rug but very pink background unlike advertised as cream. Would send back but too much trouble and too big. Will just deal with it since it is going in a bedroom.

This is not my first Rugs.com purchase. All previous purchases have been excellent. This IS the largest rug I’ve ever ordered, and returning it is probably going to be a nightmare. But, we simply cannot have this in our living room. There is a color difference in the threads on this rug that make it look as if a huge urn of coffee was spilled all over one end of the rug. It’s unsightly. We don’t have a coffee table and, frankly, shouldn’t have to use one to hide an imperfection like this on a rug that cost almost $300. Awaiting a response from Rugs.com as to the quality issue and return.

This rug was surprisingly plush, and delivered promptly. It basically matches any furniture you could imagine. Haven't washed it yet, but I have a large dog so I'm pretty stoked about that feature.
