The rug is exactly as we thought it would be- we love it. However it came shipped folded many times and also folded in half- why was it not just rolled up? The folded crease lines are impossible to get out, it’s been a month and still there.

I purchased three rugs for my brand new home. I had not closed on the home just yet but was super eager to have most of what I needed at the front door once I closed. I tried my best to match the rugs from what I thought would look good in the house. I was super nervous but to my surprise, the pictures of the rugs were an exact match! I’m so happy with my purchase! The rugs arrived earlier than expected! I unrolled the rugs and let them rest on the floor for a few days. I then vacuumed the rugs and then placed the furniture down! I will DEF order from Rugs.com again.
