My daughter is type 1 diabetic and has to take a multi vitamin she likes this one because it tastes good and not to vitamin like. Out of all the brands out this is one of the more affordable ones.

Good Vitamins for Teen Girls!
My daughter take these Once A Day Teen for Her gummies every morning. She like the taste—fruity but not too sweet. The texture is soft and easy to chew. No bad aftertaste, which is good because she is picky. I like that it have important vitamins for growing teen, like Vitamin D and B vitamins. Only thing is the bottle finish fast since she take two a day. But overall, we happy and will buy again!

We are on our 2nd bottle and we have them for both of our kiddos. The boys are all loose and freely come out. The 1st bottle of the teen girls was loose as well. This second bottle of teen girls are stuck together and pulling them apart is very difficult. 🤷♀️

I used to take these as a teenager and I would say I turned out pretty healthy. Clearly they are effective and they tasted amazing. They have healthy ingredients and the packaging is good for older kids cost-effective.
