This arrived in 2 boxes in a zippered duffle bag. It was compressed like those mattresses you buy in a little box. After opening the first box there was a wrinkled pile of fabric lying on the floor. My first thought was “this is going back”. I left the second box unopened, thinking it would get returned to the next day. When I looked at the first section the next morning it was fully inflated and looked like half of a couch! I then unpackaged the second box and let it rest for a day and I now have a great looking coach for a good price. It is also very comfortable.
