Almost everything about the product is excellent (external packaging, ease of assembly, quality materials) BUT the top was shipped without any pre-drilled holes. I had to contact customer service. We are awaiting a new top (hopefully one with dowel holes).

Finally done

Easy, followed instructions, task about 2 hours; looks nice! Registration however was frustrating. Entered item #: W58SBD and rejected by system multiple times; finally clicked on most comparable; the tv stand looks nice and color matches other items in our family room.

Difficult to assemble

This item looks nice but was VERY difficult to assemble. All individual pieces had to be assembled individually which was very time consuming. This project was the only one that I’ve ever thought it might save my sanity to just hire someone to assemble it.

Great Product.

Directions were easy to understand. All the parts were here and extra bag of parts as needed. Solid wood top and sliders work well.
