Today is day 5 of once daily Activia, an i’m back to where i used to be. Tastes great., This is not yogurt you would eat with a spoon. I normally top my fruit with it or dip into it. It can also be drank straight. This is much cheaper than the probiotic pills.

The packaging does say you have to drink 2 a day for 2 weeks in order to see a difference, but I saw one after a week. It is a little more expensive than a probiotic supplement, but they are very tasty and easy to drink.
