When I was about to make Christmas dinner most of the potatoes were rotten moldy and green and some felt like there was water in them, was to ruin a holiday not something that i should feed me family
Refund option removed for bad produce

All were green and target removed the option to send photos of damaged/defective items from same-day delivery orders. This will seriously impact my produce orders. I request refunds very rarely for bad produce, but it’s a necessary part of the process that some shoppers will send home something that should be been thrown away. And now there is no recourse for that situation, a huge bummer. Guess I’ll be going to another grocery that’s much closer to my house for produce now.

I was pleasantly surprised to find large, baking sized potatoes. Most large bags are full of small potatoes. They weren't soft, had no bad spots. But...even though they didn't feel or taste old, they were covered with eyes.

The produce manager should do a quality check on the products. The potatoes I received were rotten, soft to the touch. Unfortunately they had to go directly into the trash. Wasted money.
