Pacifica Vegan Collagen Every Day Lotion Floral - 1.7 fl oz

I use it and now my husband does too. We are in our 40s. It doesn’t smell weird, it’s not too heavy, not to greasy. Just amazing moisturizer with spf!!!

Smells nice and goes on smooth, but within minutes my eyes were burning and watering non-stop. I should have checked the Yuka app before purchasing- literally scored 0-100 and listed as ‘bad’. Would not recommend.

I bought this because I was tempted by the vegan aspect, along with the glass bottle. To be fair to this lotion, I enjoyed the feeling of the moisturizer on my face, and it looked nice on the skin (prior to the irritation). It also didn’t smell too strongly and didn’t temporarily blind me when putting it under my eyes (Cerave). I should have read the ingredient list before purchasing this SPF and putting it on my face. I try to avoid floral face products because I don’t like the strong scent the products often give off, so I’m not fully aware of what exact ingredients irritate my skin. However, I’ve NEVER gotten these small spots around and on my eyelids from any kind of product before, which is why I wasn’t quick to associate the moisturizer with the raised skin when I first saw them popping up. I’m currently on Accutane, and mentioned the spots when visiting my dermatologist, who suspected that it was just irritation from dry skin. So I continued using this product for about a month, the spots kept on increasing in amount and redness during this time. I finally decided that I may need to discontinue use earlier this week, and the dots have now greatly decreased in redness after only a few days. I looked up the product to see if anyone else has had the reaction I’m having and ended up on whatsinmyjar.com ; Which shows that the product is a high risk for irritation and has a comedogenic ingredient. I’d say just don’t get this product if you’re worried about skin irritation from fragrance, floral oils/extracts, or comedogenic ingredients. If you’re not sensitive to these ingredients, the product is likely pretty nice, as I liked it prior to the red spots. Overall, obviously wouldn’t purchase again, but it could be nice for someone who isn’t sensitive to the ingredients listed.

Love this product! Feels great on your skin, moisturizes well, protects skin nicely from the sun, and comes in glass packaging. Highly reccomend.

This lotion did it's job when it comes to sun protection. My face has not gotten a sunburn while using. However, the scent is strong and unpleasant and the lotion is very greasy. I will not purchase again.

Greasy and smells old-fashioned. I will use a thin layer of it in winter under another chemical sunscreen to use it up, but not repurchase.

I normally love Pacifica products, but this made my eyes burn every time I tried it. Even tested by applying completely away from my eyes and still had watery eyes the rest of the day after washing it off.

Waste of money for me as I break out all over my face for a few days after using. I’ve tried 3x and each time, the same thing happens. Bummer because I usually love their products!

This very much clogged my pores. I wanted to love it, as I love most Pacifica products, but the moment I stopped using this, my skin did so much better.

Fantastic everyday face lotion. Absolutely love this brand. Leaves my skin feeling moisturized and protected but not oily.

I really enjoy Pacifica's line of facial products but this one was not my favorite. it's very greasy on the face and when you sweat, it isn't water proof, you get any sweat near you eye this will cause eye irritation.

Absolutely hate the greasy feeling and smell of this lotion. Smells just like face sunscreen, not like a daily moisturizer. Over an hour later, my face and neck were still greasy, so I wiped them off with a wash cloth. Only reason I gave two stars is because it would be great for a sunscreen, however, I have just bought the Pacifica Glow lotion (not realizing it was tinted) and will keep that for sunscreen.

I like this product. It is not sticky but be careful around your eyes because it does stings. I will still buy the product as this is the only sunscreen that is not sticky and doesn't leave white cast on your face. It doesn't chip off when you put make up on it, too which is a good thing for me.

I made the painful mistake of having this lotion get near my eyes. It was AWFUL! I had to completely throw out my contacts, rinse my eyes, and let them calm down before I could attempt to put new contacts in. If that wasn’t bad enough, it’s greasy & just sat on my skin and didn’t absorb. 0/10 don’t recommend! :(

Would love to see Pacifica release a truly fragrance free SPF. This contains fragrance which is irritating to my dry, sensitive skin.

I have combination skin and have been using this for about 4 months. I really liked it at first, but have been realizing how heavy it is on my skin and I’ve been getting patches of red bumpy breakouts. I’ve never had this problem before. Beware if you have oily/sensitive skin.

Very greasy and heavy on your skin and it has a very strong chemical smell of sunscreen.
