  • A: Devi, Thank you for your interest in the 5PC Hartman Dining Set. The only tools necessary are an Allen wrench and a crescent wrench which are provided. As for the assembly, the table is 4 legs only and the chair is the seat back and two front legs to the seat. This should not be a difficult assembly.

Few mishaps

Assembly was not too bad...HOWEVER, while assembling the chairs, we noticed that some pieces were mislabeled. This caused us to go back and fix the issue. After assembling the chairs, we assembled the table. There were two washer pieces missing, which were not packaged (Fortunately, we had extra in our home!) my biggest complaint was that we noticed a small scratch on top of the table and a broken piece of wood at the bottom of the table. Luckily it was in the bottom (picture attached). Overall the table is perfect for my small kitchen.
