I feel like it actually has been helping with my gums, I previously had a bit of bleeding but I noticed since using this regularly I’ve had significantly less bleeding. With what’s currently available on the market, this is a nice general use toothpaste that my husband could use too. It seems a little bit thicker than most toothpastes I’ve used in the past, but I wouldn’t really consider it a pro or con, just an observation. There’s no standout factors for me that sets this apart from any others, but there weren’t really any negatives either.

Tooth paste for gum health

Clean and refreshing toothpaste

It foams well, leaves my mouth feeling clean. The only thing I do not like much is the texture, it’s not very smooth and creamy, instead I can definitely feel little tiny grains in the paste. My daughter does not like it because of the texture though
