A: Hello Andy! While this case is compatible with Qi Wireless charging, it is not Made for MagSafe. So it will be able to charge your device, however, it will not magnetically attach to the case.

I rarely ever drop this ohone, but the one time I do, it cracks the camera. When I took the case off, I noticed it had cracked the whole back of the phone. Very disappointing considering the amount I spent on this case.

it’s a nice case i like it but everytime my phone is dropped it comes off my phone and my screen protector gets damaged. I’ve had several different otterbox cases and they offer a lot more protection and don’t come off as easily. 3 stars because it is a good brand but this case probably is just not the best option.

I’ve had this case over a year and it’s done it’s job. I was up about 20 feet high on some racking at work when my phone fell out of my pocket, onto the ground, screen first, with this case and a screen protector on and it was fine. It’s cracked in the corners and some broken pieces but it’s held up well. I will be replacing it soon and most likely will just buy this same case again.

The description is a complete lie. Says it is magsafe compatible, it absolutely is not. While you can set it on a magsafe charger, it just slides off. I bought this BECAUSE of that lie. Will be returning.

Hello! We apologize for any confusion. The Commuter Series case for the iPhone 12/13 Pro Max device is wireless charging compatible, but does not contain magnets in the case. Therefore, it will not adhere or "snap" to MagSafe charging stands and accessories. Should one be looking for a case with the rugged protection of the Defender, but also with MagSafe (magnets in the case) the Defender XT is an excellent option to consider!
