The shipment arrived within 3 days of placing the order for 5 lights. Unfortunately, 2 of the light's globes were shattered. We requested replacements online and called customer service once. The replacement gloves arrived within a few days. We are very pleased with the product and customer service.

Love this fixture! Doing a kitchen remodel in our condo and wanted a flush mount widespread light fixture to replace fluorescent light. Extremely happy with entire light. Price was good too!
