We purchased 5 of these fans for our covered outdoor porches. At first, they were great. Large, beautiful fans. But 18 months later, they are completely rusted. These are supposed to be wet rated. My fans are all on deep porches, and never get direct rain. I do NOT recommend anyone that lives in an area with humidity get these fans. Highly disappointed.
