I buy these in chocolate to add some extra protein to my diet. They’re pretty tasting and filling especially if chilled in freezer. However you used to get 15 for the same price, $21.99, while now you only get 12. That’s a hefty price increase.

I'm using Slimfast as part of a diet/exercise program. There are two brands of shakes that I put at the top, compared to others. Slimfast is one. The other markets as being appropriate for diabetics sugar management. Slimfast has the right nutrition and also fills me up, to keep me from cheating. The chocolate flavor is delicious. So delicious that my biggest problem is wanting to have another just after the first!

As other reviews have said, the taste is very odd. Has a strong fake sugar taste and chemical aftertaste. I gulped it down to not waste the money; but I will not be buying again. Definitely do not recommend.

The first one never showed up and the second one expired, which I wasn't aware of until after I started drinking it.
