LOVE that these organic spring onions were from the USA. super excited when I discovered them in my local target so agave 2 stars just for that. target listen to your customers - we need more fresh produce grown in the USA to support our farmers and our economic situation. however they were unusable! there was so much mud/dirt within the top of the scallion opening I could have replanted the roots. washed three times and the grit was still comming out of the layers of the onions. went right into the compost bin. couldn't finish the recipe, waste of ingredients at a time when groceries are costly. bummer man.
