Description
The Orb collection by Minka Aire offers a line of indoor LED ceiling fans in a minimalist modern design. This model comes in a brushed brass finish, with soft brass finish accenting that provides a contemporary touch. The round orb-like body has an energy-efficient LED light integrated into the bottom, covered by etched opal glass, with four brushed carbon finish manufactured wood blades. Fan is beautiful and gives good amount of air. Very quite. Easy install. Only issue was I ordered a black/brass and a brass finish. Two fans. The brass fan came with a 4” down rod and I ordered the suggested longer brass down rod and it was not a match at all. I ended up just using a black down rod and it still looked great with the additional brass finish on the fan itself. Definitely would purchase again.

looks nice, But cheap fan blades warped in first week. One specifically sagged over an inch. Had to take it off and flip it but it is still not straight. Installed two Hunter fans at same time with no problems!

The fan also works tremendously, it moves air very effectively, while also staying silent with almost no oscillation We love this, and would totally purchase it again.

My wife and I are very pleased with the MinkaAire Orb fans we installed in our sun room. They look and work great. Unfortunately, a lightning induced power surge damaged the lighting circuits. MinkaAire technical support provided excellent troubleshooting advice and helped us obtain necessary replacement parts. Their customer service was absolutely top notch.

I would give 5, but installing this was challenging . We were forced to choose between features on the remote,so we chose fan speed. Unable to switch direction on the fan without physically climbing on a 12 foot ladder to push a switch. Lovely to look at, but all the practical features are useless. Not dimmable either.
