I don't know what I am doing wrong but from my first cooking effort, frying some eggs for breakfast, the food stuck, and the pan was difficult to clean. Didn't overheat the pan and used scrubbers for non-stick pans. Used Consumer Reports to select the pan and even bought the lid to go with it. Given its high price I am very disappointed. Think I am going for a good old cast iron skillet next.

What a Joy it is to cook with a Fry pan that nothing sticks, I fried two eggs with a tiny bit of butter, and the eggs just slid right out of the pan with no effort At all. Certainly a top quality cook wear, I might purchase the 10.5 fry pan at a later date, I cook omelettes alot. Thank you Mr Robb Bangert

They say non stick but even if you do exactly what they say to clean it’s garbage in a year. May be less cancerous but in less than a year almost everything sticks.
