Great product!
I purchased six bottles of he K-1 vitamin supplement to go along with my multi vitamin. All the multivitamins I have bought from different stores all lack vitamin K as a percent daily value. I think this along with a multi vitamin adds to overall health.

Swanson K-1
I take this with my calicum, mag and D combo. I would really like to try the K-2 just because I have heard it to be so much better. Since I can not afford that at this time I think that the K-1 is just fine. Very, Very Low price at Swanson!

Very good Vitamin K supplement. The product description indicates the tablets are size 'J'. The tablets are actually about half the length and a little bit thicker than what is shown for size J. So all around it is a smaller pill which is good news for those that can't swallow larger tablets. Overall I am pleased with this product and will purchase it again. Highly recommended!
