Cal-Mag + D Softgel - Easily Absorbed by Now Foods - 120 Softgel

Many years ago I had a Chinese acupuncture advise me not to take tablet form, vitamins, herbs, etc.. they're very hard on your stomach to digest.. so I was very pleased when I found these as a soft gel.. waiting for them to get back in stock... I've also read a lot of people say negative things about the size.. I do agree that they are a little large.. but I'm one of those people that only puts one pill at a time in my mouth... I turn these long ways that way they seem to go down so much easier.. just adding a note here if someone advises they take a lot of pills. I take about 15 herbs and vitamins a day. I break them up into three times a day so I understand that it may be a little bit time consuming to swallow one pill at a time, but then we have 24 hours in a day..😀

Most Now supplements and products are great quality and I buy them frequently. But so far, I have had issues with these calcium and magnesium supplements. The recommended dosage is 3 a day but I have problems if I take just one or two. I get bloating, stomach gurgling and diahreha from 2 a day and 1 a day isn't much better. I've been trying to wait and see if the issues go away but so far they haven't. I think they put too much lanolin/vitamin d in them. I will stick to the Swanson's brand calcium and magnesium liquid gel caps in the future I think. These Now ones would probably be okay for older people with constipation issues.

As a natural medicine physician, I believe in absorbable Magnesium which also needs Calcium and Vit. D to be absorbed. This product has everything and then some.

This is a good product and good value for the money. I prefer gel caps for calcium its absorbed better in the body than tablets.

I have used this product for several years now, and it seemed that I felt the best when I took it, having tried many other products to see which I seemed to do better with--and my osteoporosis did not seem to get worse after I started using it. And then, Swanson is my favorite supplier, and I can always buy it there at a good price.

The softgels are huge and one still has to take 3 of them to get 1000mg of calicum. I returned them as I got choked. I would not recommend them.

Yes, I'm happy with this product I can actually swollen the pills because these are soft jells makes it a lot easier.

Love the Calcium/Magnesium combination in a soft gel, they go down throat easily, great cost, land don’t have to take individually. Should start taking Calcium around 49 Yrs old and Mg for leg cramps at 60

Way to big of a gel pill for small throats that gag easily.

Very large so somewhat difficult to swallow but very effective.

Safe and Effective! Easy to take. And better yet, it is Economical.

Calcium, magnesium, zinc, D3, softgel cap. Only complaint: would like the full dose to be 2 caps rather than 3. As it is, I take 2 because I really don’t need the full dose. Note to vegans - contains bovine gelatin and beeswax.
