high priced damage desk
the leg on desk had a crack on it. Im not for sure whats going with these companies but it seems like there is always damage to stuff thats ordered offline. These companies should have quality insurance people checking for damage before its shipped to customer. In addition when you call target or other companies customer service you are transffered to talk to someone in a foreign country who doesnt even understand what you are trying to tell them. They keep saying um- hum when you ask them a question.Its a slap in the face to Americans buying american products. Customer should talk to people in America not a foreign country. I see why tariffs are being slapped on these companies. Its a shame.

Beatiful but Damaged on arrival
Very pleased with the overall appeal of the desk. It arrived damaged. I emailed Target regarding this but no reply. Hoping after this review someone from Target will reach out to send another. Or Id besatified with a drawer replacement.

Do not buy! It will arrive broken and they will refuse to return it!
Terrible experience! The desk arrived broken. Scheduled a UPS pick-up with Target to return the item. When Target received the item back not only they denied the refund but also kept the desk! How is this an acceptable business practice? I escalated the issue since Target is in the wrong. Hopefully someone with common sense will make this right.

Simply gorgeous
Absolutely beautiful. Very hard to find a solid wood desk at this price point. The design is very clean, minimal. I only wish it had more drawers. There isn't much storage space. I'm using the center computer pullout as a drawer but the face does flap open. Easy to assemble, but may need two people to flip it over when finished, as it's heavy. Quality piece.

Good quality desk, small signs of wear
Nice quality; solid wood desk. Better than other crap out there. My only complaint is that the finish is already starting to wear on the drawer that pulls out to a keyboard. It’s only been 6 months and that it’s already seeing signs of wear is not good. I use daily as my home office. The rest of the desk is holding up perfectly and I love that they keyboard and mouse is hidden away at the end of the day. The pull out for the keyboard also puts it at just the right height for typing—love that!

I’m pleased.
This desk was easy to assemble and seems sturdy. It it taller than average, but I was prepared for that. The front of the keyboard drawer doesn’t sit quite square in the space available, and it tips forward just a bit. The backs of the drawers are shallow, allowing things inside to fall out of the desk from the back side of the drawer. It hasn’t been an issue for me, but it may drive someone else crazy.
