Broken lounge and missing table
This set is beautiful. But the lounge chair came in cracked. the table and back pillows for the lounger haven’t come in. Will update once I get a response from the company.

Nice set
It’s definitely more of a denim color than gray. The seat pads are firm but not uncomfortable. It’s a very nice looking set. A couple of pieces were hard to know which side was up. I’d recommend a drill with a hex bit.

Disappointing Quality for "Outdoor" Furniture
Design is nice, but couch and table are much smaller than you’d expect. We purchased this less than a year ago and unfortunately it has been completely worn down already, even after using a cover. The wood stain has come off in a lot of areas and needs to be refinished. Couch cushions get dirty very easily and harder than previous cushions I’ve had to clean. Even on sale this was not worth the price. Would be returning if we could.

Nicely built, high quality
Assembly: Better than expected honestly. Took 15 minutes to assemble, every screw hole lined up perfectly. The wood has metal inserts embedded and uses hex head machine screws. It's sturdy. Packaging: It came in three boxes, and well packed. The wood parts were tied together with paper between them so don't bang or rub together, and the cushions were sealed in plastic. Comfort: The cushions are kind of tough, but they need to be so you can't feel the wood frame. The covers are unzipable and washable which is nice. I sipped wine on it for about an hour after assembly and it was quite pleasant.

Nicer than I expected
I seldom purchase online and am surprised to the upside, but this furniture set is more beautiful than I had hoped for. The wood is hardwood, which is more durable than soft woods such as pine, and is darker and more high-end-looking than appears in the photos. I avoided wicker and rattan because in NYC anything outdoors gets filthy quickly and it would be near-impossible to keep all the crevices clean--the acacia wood is a cleaner profile and IMO looks better too. The dark grey fabric color is elegant and I added colorful throw pillows (purchased separately). Assembly is easy, and I used a hex bit in a handle instead of the included hex keys--easier to turn and faster. There are some deep creases in the backrest pillows but I'm hoping they will smooth out with time. I lay down on the comfortable loveseat and fell asleep right away, so I know I'm going to enjoy relaxing outdoors this summer on this furniture. All in all, I'm thrilled with my purchase, especially with its being nearly half price on sale. Grab it! (Note: a 76 x 76 cover I bought from Target fits the entire ensemble perfectly.)
