Luxe Matelasse Coverlet - Threshold™

This item is exactly what I was looking for! It is light weight, washes easily, generouly sized so it hangs nicely off my queen size bed and does not pill or snag from my two large size dogs that jump on and off the bed.

I love how lightweight it is, it’s been keeping myself and my dog cool during these hot summer nights!!

I received this as a gift. Upon washing it before use. I noticed it had faded, in large bleached like areas. I had not used bleach on it. After I had hung it to dry the faded spots were less noticeable, due to having received a light teal green, but were still visible. I won’t be able to use it as a main coverlet. I was able to fold it as an accent blanket for the bed while hiding the imperfections, not a complete loss. Upon researching, another review reported a similar problem with the shams. 🫤

Great material but shrunk pretty good. If I was to buy again I would size up for that cozy look!

We love this coverlet! I’m a hot sleeper so this has been perfect for summer fall temperatures. It’s a gorgeous shade of green, it’s soft, and has held up to my kids and dog playing on it without any picks or tears. Great quality!

I am loving this coverlet. It was on clearance at my store so I went back for a second one! I’m currently using them both in place of a comforter and i love the weight it adds but still breathy and not hot. I went back for a second one because I have a feeling my husband will try and take this from me haha

I got this about two months ago and we are just now using it. I washed it tonight and got it nice and clean and soft. It’s very light, but my wife and I are very hot natured and we sweat. So this was perfect! I love the color we got. I want to buy an extra one just in case this one gets worn down.

So rough! This is not a snuggly blanket at all. The fabric is course and not comfortable to sleep under. I was so excited to have a lightweight blanket for summer, but I'm not sure I will use it because it just does not feel good on the skin. I washed it before use so I don't think I could have returned it.

This us NOT a summer blanket. This is not a cotton blanket. We live in the very warm & dry Southwest US. I was thrilled to see "100%cotton" gauze-like summer blankets. Because YES breathable natural fibers! Comfy, cool soft... I've been looking for summer blankets just like this! I bought 4: One for each bed in the house. Washed one, slept with it that night--hoping for a nice cool sleep--but it was SO HOT. (Hotter than my linea casa cotton quilts with substantial 100% cotton batting.) Cotton is not hot--it's breathable and fabulous. It was only after waking up feeling "uhhhg" that I thought to actually feel the fabric and check to see if it is really cotton. Nope. This is polyester!! Polyester is plastic: It doesn't breathe (unless it is woven and engineered specifically). And it does out the skin--because of a free alcohol group at the molecular level. In my opinion, polyester should only be used in ski gear and cleaning cloths (it really is fabulous for washing windows). When I returned the quilts to Target, the cashier happened to be a seamstress: I told her--"not cotton." She feels the blanket, "This is polyester" "Yes. Thank you for the validation!" Big fail by Target. Who passed off on these? To Target whom it concerns: Can you please get a real, high quality, multi-layer cotton-gauge or cotton-muslin blanket for adults. (Like the fabric of the old school swaddles you commissioned an artist to design. The Muslin fabric was so high quality...) I just need these 4-layer muslin blankets in king size with 4 layers. Any of your fabulous muted colors--similar to linea casa line. Thanks.

Love our coverlet! It looks so beautiful and tidy, and provides the feel of a blanket without the heat. My husband is a super hot sleeper and he loves this. I add a blanket on my side at night because I'm always cold, but this is nice lightweight option thay keeps us both happy! Plus, it holds up great in the wash

I bought this on sale and I’m very happy with it. I already sleep with a thick blanket and I had a heavier comfort on top for looks. This lightweight coverlet is perfect because I don’t have to take it off to sleep. It doesn’t add extra weight to make me hot at night, it was exactly what I was looking for in a comforter/blanket.

Color matched my comforter perfectly and the light weight is great with a sheet for warm nights.

A basic layer to add to bed in warm summer months. So cool and soft! I was disappointed that it shrunk in the dryer. Would recommend sizing up for that reason.

Would love it if this were “oversized.” It’s small for a king, barely covers the quilt. Very nice weight and texture though!

Very nice bed coverlet. Color is a sage green and fabric has a nice feel to it. Covers the bed well, not too short and not too long. Will definitely be nice to use in the summer when the weather is warmer. Looks good on my bed.

Perfect for hot sleepers! This coverlet is about as thick as two sheets, but that’s perfect for hot Florida night. It is easy to maintain and looks great.

This is a very thin and it made it really uncomfortable to sleep with. I usually get hot when I sleep and with this on my bed, I shivered all night. I live in Iowa and it is colder but the temperature at night was above 30 and it was still cold. It might be good in the summer but not for much of the year.
