For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

I've had this rug for a few weeks and I can't even begin to explain how happy I am with this purchase! So soft and seems pretty durable especially for the price. I have teal bookshelves in my living room and have been trying very hard to find something to mellow them out a bit, and this totally does the job. The colors are very pretty, and all the wrinkles have worked themselves out. The only reason why I knocked off a star is because I desperately, desperately want the next size up, but they haven't had it in stock and I have no idea if they're getting it back.
