Prefered period undies!
I wore these for 24hrs on a medium flow day and they did not leak at all. The pad part does go from the top of my vajayjay to the top of my butt crack so you probably shouldn’t wear these under leggings or a tight fitting pant, but jeans and joggers are great. I will be buying these and prefer them over any other brand I’ve tried. Plus the price is super reasonable for 2 pairs.

Comfortable incontinence backup protection
I’ve worn these a bit now, but I haven’t washed them yet. They are well-fitting and comfortable. I like the brief-style legs. I use them for insurance with urinary incontinence pads. The pad area is absorbent, it’s quite long from front to back which is what I need, and it’s reasonably thin. They’re the best of this type I’ve found so far and if they wash well I’ll be getting more.

Works but never buying these again
They work for absorbing on light/medium nights, but I will never order these again. They’re incredibly uncomfortable. The front is long but the back is short and barely covers my butt while coming up over my belly button in front, the legs are tight, the seams are scratchy. Horrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were comfortable, but would get too loose around the leg area. When I'm on my month I like my undies tp be snug especially with these period underwear, I don't want it to be all loose and it would feel uncomfortable, like I might leak. They do feel snug at first, but this type of material, get looser as the day goes on. I do like the style though, so just change the type of material you are using.

Great for light incontinence.
I’ve been wearing these mostly to sleep for the last month or so, occasional daytime use. I’m past the period stage of life, use these for light incontinence because wearing pads all the time is irritating to my skin. These are perfect, I bought more because I like them so much. True to size.

Rough and uncomfortable
The seams are a total sensory nightmare. Very rough, thick, itchy and uncomfortable fabric. These are also very visible through your clothes, even jeans. I wouldn't recommended wearing if you are concerned about looking like you're wearing a diaper. Two thick seams up both sides of your butt cheeks isn't attractive. I don't know what Hanes was thinking but these boxers are very poorly executed. The fit was also loose and saggy and I've got an actual butt.. I'm not happy with these at all.

Runs Small!
They’re okay. They definitely run really small with no stretch to them. I am normally an XL but ordered the 2X. They’re still too small. I wouldn’t recommend them for the price point, as I have had better period underwear for a more affordable price.

Not made for actual people with real bodies
I couldn't care less how well these absorb because the front rise on these is WAY too high, all the way up to my bellybutton, which is even higher than in the back (what's up with that?? when will clothing companies realize that people with periods usually have more in the back, i.e. butts), but the front gusset barely covers the required area, so what's the point??, and the fabric is scratchy and uncomfortable. I guess the legs are roomy enough, though?

Don't buy if you have a heavier flow.
These are not leakproof. I wore them once and bled through overnight. I noticed the blood spread to the non absorbent side.
