So, this does, in fact, taste JUST like a double chocolate cookie. I will give them that. That said, it's a lot. Incredibly rich, and hard to eat more than a little at a time. I normally buy granola for use as a breakfast food, and you cannot use this for breakfast!

The new formula, Purely Elizabeth’s “Cookie” Granola, contains natural flavors. Why does food need to contain a man-made chemical, aka natural flavors??? Simply put, they DON’T!!! Purely Elizabeth’s “Ancient Grain” Granola contains healthy ingredients, without natural flavors. Please remove natural flavors from these new “Cookie” granolas!

This was my least favorite of the 3 flavors but was still delicious. It kind of gives Mounds candy bar vibes so if the chocolate/coconut flavor isn’t your thing I would not recommend.

My local supermarket stopped carrying it to bring in the peanut butter cookie flavor, so I ordered it directly so I could still enjoy it!
