Beautiful, but poorly designed

I have 2 of these chairs in a different color. Although beautiful chairs, the leather "arms" are not particularly functional and won't support someone who grabs onto it to brace oneself for a fall. Of course, one wouldn't expect the arm to hold, but one doesn't consider that when falling. ;) I now have a chair with the top of the leg snapped off from the bottom while it dangles from the leather arm. :( Anyway, if you have kids (or rambunctious adults), I don't recommend this chair.

Color differs from picture.

This is a very pretty chair but the color is definitely different than the picture shows. The straps are more gray/brown. It didn't work with the colors of my living room so I sent it back.
