Q: I get this home and it is actually 6.5 x 4.5. How is it marked so wrong?!?

The dimensions of this frame’s matte is not what it claims. It is a 7” x9” frame, but the matte is only 4.5” x 6.5”. I have to return it.

I wasn't sure what to expect, especially after stopping by my local arts/crafts store. Despite a large selection, most of the smaller frames there were either super expensive or very cheap quality. The Target frame arrived today and I cannot recommend it enough! The frame is sleek with a very subtle cross-hatch design etched in. The corners are tight (no gaps) and the mat nicely elevates the picture you insert. Would definitely buy again!

The frame itself was fine and I would give it 4 stars, but the matte insert opening measured 7.5 x 10.5, a half inch short of what I needed and what is advertised. Same for the 4 x 6. Came in at 3.5 x 5.5. I don’t see any other reviews with this complaint so considering that it might be a template setting issue with the last batch. If in/at the store, just measure the opening before you leave. Mine was a pick-up that I didn’t check, and I will be returning.
