A: Hello! Thank you for your question. Sally Hansen's Miracle Gel is the first-ever part-lacquer, part-gel manicure system that delivers up to 14 days of color and shine in just 2 easy steps. Miracle Gel delivers the high shine, glossy look of a salon-quality gel manicure with no UV/LED lamp or base coat needed! The Color (step 1) and Top Coat (step 2) work together as a system to create a durable manicure with high gloss shine. Formula ingredients are key. The advanced Color and Top Coat formulas both contain an oligomer; the Top Coat also includes a photoinitiator. The photoinitiator activates a bond between the Color and Top Coat, thus curing the formula in natural light without the need for an LED/UV lamp. My go to top coat when I want a long lasting manicure with regular polish. It’s great for a 3D gel effect, however there can be a long drying time if you apply too heavy of a coat. Applying a few thinner coats does a great job with quicker drying time.

They are and smooth. Then blend do easily. Their application technique is easy while removal is bit time consuming. They dry in minutes and yes they do shine like gloss. Over time they do chip.

My manicure chipped within 12 hours. I followed all the directions also. Yes, I did a few chores since I did my manicure, but a traditional gel mani at a salon (which Sally is comparing their product to) lasts for weeks, even with heavy use of hands for household work.

I bought this today, it was easy to apply. The color dried very quickly but after I applied the top coat, the nails felt dried but they were still soft, I screwed two up trying to make a bed. I waited 30 minutes after applying top coat. Wondering if I used my UV light if it would speed up the curing process??? I'm over an hour in and thay are still soft. Idk what I'm doing wrong.

Basically invisible when applied - absolutely not worth the money. Super pretty in the bottle, but the glitters are too few to get any kind of effect.
