Kitsch Castor Oil Nourishing Solid Conditioner Bar - 2.7oz

Falling apart, it's leaving pieces in my tub drain, doesn't last long

I loved how this bar left my hair feeling moisturized. I purchased the little mesh bag to store it in. When I traveled recently I put it in a little ziplock bag and all of the oils in the bar seeped out. The bar is no longer moisturizing and is brittle and breaking into small bits. I wanted to ask about this directly; however, I was not able to find a way to do so. If there is a way to travel with this bar and have it stay viable, that would be awesome!

I love the environmental friendly component, but the conditioner is impossible to keep solid. I have the special holder and it's a globby mess. I will not purchase again.

I was excited to get my first ever order from Kitch, I got a set of shampoo bars and conditioner for myself and grand daughter. A coworker recommended and while I've liked the product I was extremely disappointed that the items did not come as advertised, by using a code we were supposed to receive bar bags, hair ties and I believe a scalp massage device. Nothing. Bummed and honestly feel a bit shorted.

Smells amazing and really softens my hair. 4 starts because my biggest complaint is that the bar just melts so easily over such a short period of time :/

Run do not walk get your kitsch! I just used mine along with the scalp scrubber double shampoo one conditioner round after the first scrub I could feel the nasty oils running down my face. My hair doesn't feel like wet straw. I don't feel any build up from the shampoo or conditioner. Being a bar thought it wouldn't soap well in my hair. I was wrong

The entire bar is pretty much melted in less than a couple weeks use. I store it as recommended but when trying to use it, it turns into mush. The shampoo bar is fine, but this was not worth the price or even comparative to ONE bottle of conditioner.

2nd time buying and its a good shampoo and conditioner to use frequently and gives softness and hydration. The scent isnt anything special to me at all but its not bad either.

I've gone through the coconut oil, shea, and castor oil conditioners. I loved the smell and texture. but this one didn't work so well with my hair type (4b with locs). I needed more moisture. However, I can say it got better as the bar got smaller, by the time it was in little bits that I creamed in my hand, it was the most moisturizing.

I didn't know what to expect even after reading the reviews, ya know, everyone has different hair and wants/needs/expectations. I was more than pleasantly surprised the very first time I used it and I continue to see a difference in my hair which tends to run dry and frizzy without a lot of product. I have long permed hair that is fine, but thick and absolutely no body when not permed. I have asthma and am sensitive to certain smells, but this smell is light and does not bother me at all. I put it in my hair using prayer hands and then run my fingers through to detangle and I don't rinse it out. My hair seems softer and my curls are more defined and I am using less product to style. I think I am going to try a different bar next time, but I'm not sure which one.

This product doesn't feel like a conditioner to me. My hair is naturally healthy since I don't dye it or use heat styling tools. Even the cheapest conditioner usually provides moisture and helps with detangling, but with this one, I have to rub the bar directly onto my hair—which isn't ideal for preventing breakage—and my hair still feels dry after rinsing.

I am disappointed with the shampoos and the conditioner as it made my hair dry and not shiny. I have both products several chances. However, it didn't work for me. I also try the shampoos and the conditioner on my husband - he also had the same problem. Unfortunately, I have to return all the products.

I don’t love it, but I do like this conditioner. The shampoo bar is fabulous, but they aren’t quite there with this conditioner bar. It swells and then just crumbles. If you can manage to work it into the hair, it does an okay job, but honestly it’s difficult to use and because it crumbles a lot of it is wasted. I went through this so much faster than a pump conditioner. For reference, the package claims the shampoo and conditioner bars are good for about 100 washes. I’d say I get about 40 or so from the shampoo bar doing just my scalp, and maybe 30 doing the mid length-ends with the conditioner and trying to be sparing about it. For the price, it’s absolutely cheaper to get a salon brand in a bottle.

Conditions really well & it gives you the right amount of conditioner.

I was scared to try. Been a bottle user forever. I have knowncleaned out my shower and closet and dumped all bottle shampoos and conditioners. I'm hooked. Thr conditioners though seem to go through way faster than shampoo. So I'll need to buy more often. My have past shoulder hair and it's fine and tangled. So I have to use a lot for my hair to be untangled.

Love the way it makes my hair feel.
