Neck pain / not comfy

I have gone to doctor for neck pain and so did my girlfriend from this couch. It looks great but it's the most uncomfy couch I've ever sat on. It looks great but I would much rather buy a more expensive couch - well worth it!!! Don't spend the money. @target, if I could return for half the price I paid, I would!

Nothing good abiut this couch!

If there was a way to give this product fewer stars, I would. Absolutely the most uncomfortable couch I've ever sat on. Almost no padding and you can feel the frame when you sit or lay on it. Such a disappointment...it wasn't a cheap couch!! Just feels cheap. This is a terrible couch!!

Please allow us to explain that our couch is filled with duck down (duck feather), which is extremely soft, conforms to the body’s curves, and provides excellent elasticity. It is also eco-friendly. However, during the packaging and shipping process, it’s possible that the filling may shift slightly, leading to uneven distribution and causing the initial discomfort you described. We recommend gently fluffing or tapping the cushions to help redistribute the filling and restore their fullness. This should improve the comfort and plushness. If, after fluffing and adjusting, the cushions still do not return to their original state, please feel free to send us photos of the product along with a description of the issue to our customer service email targetml@outlook.com. Unfomfortable couch!

This couch is terrible. Feels like sitting on 1” of cushion. you can feel the plastic on the inside. it actually feels like your sitting on a wooden bench. i have to put 3 blankets on it so that it is remotely sittable. i have had this for 2 months and every day i regret it. Sure looks cute but not worth even $100.
