I paid $10 for shipping received a delivery date, items didn't arrive I kept tracking but the date kept getting pushed later finally I had to call customer service, they did take care of the problem & res hipped the towels, when they arrived I was a bit disappointed in the thickness of them, according to other reviews they were thick & good quality, the ones I received don't seem to be.
