[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes meal prep easy! I used this to marinate some chicken tenderloin over night, let it sit and it will be perfect by the next day. Taste is decent but i really enjoy how they use avocado oil instead of another seed oil that adds a pleasant taste and healthy fats. Comes in a glass bottle and feels like a premium product.

It has that creamy, garlicky kick you expect, with just the right amount of tang. As a dressing, it’s rich without being overwhelming, and as a marinade, it really adds depth, especially on grilled chicken or steak. Definitely one of those pantry staples I’ll keep around for quick flavor. Here’s a picture of some of the meat I marinated.

I felt the taste was lacking in notes of other Cesar dressings I’ve had at restaurants. It tries to be really good Cesar salad dressing but it misses on the distinct notes the dressing usually brings out when eaten with your salad. Although a bit lacking for salad dressing, I think the versatility of using this as a marinade is interesting. Paired with other seasonings when cooking meat, it provides a unique experience as a marination.

However i love the consistency of the sauce and all of the other flavors i just didn’t like how much garlic flavor was there.

I like that the ingredients were organic and healthy and there wasn’t much unnecessary packaging. It pairs well with a salad that has cranberries because that added sweetness makes up for the lack of richness in the flavor in my opinion.
