Ordered the ceramic ghost and witch. Only received the ghost. Is it worth the hassle of trying to get a refund?

The item is ceramic and when it was packed absolutely zero packaging material was used. She arrived in about a dozen pieces.

Two of these came together in a box. They were not wrapped in anything together or separately nor was there any fill in the box, so they clanked together the whole time in shipping therefore arriving with multiple chips in them with the pieces laying in the bottom of the box. So disappointing as I waited weeks for them to become available!

Amazed it arrived in one piece considering the awful packaging. Wrapped in a single layer of brown paper with no other packaging to prevent her from being tossed around the big box she came in. Hey Target! Have a huddle with your Omni team about proper packaging of breakable and fragile items! It’s a constant problem. About the little witch: She’s super cute! I got the smaller witch as soon as it came back in stock and will buy the larger one too if it becomes available. She is a dark green color that can appear black in different lighting. There are white specks throughout as well. Happy with my purchase. I felt she was unique. A great addition to my Halloween decor. I might even leave her out all year. 😅

Target is shipping out these ceramic items wrapped in PAPER instead of bubble wrap. Everything arrives shattered into pieces. A total waste of time/money.

All 3 of the eek & boo ceramic witches came in pieces,all were broken..No wrapping,just thrown in a box together..Very disappointed

Nothing was packaged to protect products

I ordered several Halloween items in this order. I was so excited that several had come back in stock at the same time. When I came home today and saw the condition that this package was in, it was shocking. I’m surprised nothing was missing since the package was barely holding together. Only one of the witch hat clips was still attached to the card they came on and two had the clips completely detached. I ordered three of the small metal houses and two of the three arrived scratched to pieces (others have complained about this) since the houses are not wrapped and just thrown in the box loose to bang into one another and everything else in the box. I’ll likely just repaint them myself since I don’t want to deal with the hassle of a return. I would absolutely buy these (and any other Halloween items) in store if you can find them. I am literally shocked this terracotta witch arrived intact. It was also just thrown loosely into the package and was not wrapped in even a piece of paper. Target needs to package the products they’re shipping a little better (or package them at all). UPS is the literal worst, and that’s saying a lot since USPS is terrible.

These are great, good weight, packaged well. Only issue I had was they were black but seemed to have a green tone. I spray painted them, photo shows subtle difference, I spray painted the small one flat back. I preferred the look so I painted the larger one after the photo.

She’s lovely! Heavy and great size!

Love the moody look and classic style of this! Ordered both sizes, intended to only keep one, but they’re so good that I’ll be keeping both!
