Stiff and starchy until you wash them a few times.

Ive had this sheet set for almost two months now. They felt very stiff and a little scratchy to begin with, which i was concerned about. After multiple washes they are starting to soften up. I used to buy Wamsutta Damask Stripe sheets which were heavenly soft from the getgo, but unfortunately, they are no longer around, so this was a jump in the dark as to whether these would match up. So if youre willing to wash and wait, they will lose that ridgid feel and crinkly noise after some time to get that soft bedding texture.
