Worst Purchase Ever Completely Misleading Description! I purchased the Ella sectional couch online through the Target app, and it has been the worst shopping experience of my life. The product description was completely misleading. The couch looks nothing like what was advertised. It’s supposed to be 125.8 inches and marketed as a “modern luxe” sectional, but in reality, it looks and feels extremely cheap. The three pillows included were paper-thin and flat, offering no comfort whatsoever. To make matters worse, the return process was a complete hassle. I had to pack the entire couch up myself and drive it back to the store! For such a large item, I expected at least some level of assistance with the return, but there was none. This couch might be okay for a college dorm, but it is definitely not worth the money for anyone looking for quality. I am extremely disappointed in both the product and the overall experience. Avoid this couch at all costs!
