Do NOT recommend!

This sofa is horrible. Not comfortable at all. Some cushions are very firm, others too soft, no head support when sitting on it. Attempting to return but must take to the store which is nearly impossible. Not happy and expected more from target customer service.

Regarding the firmness of the cushions, this issue may be related to the foam cushions having been compressed during shipping. Additionally, the cushions might have experienced uneven pressure during transport, which can cause them to feel firmer or uneven right after unboxing. Typically, after allowing the cushions some time to rest and expand, they should regain their intended softness and become more uniform in comfort. As for the backrest height, the backrest height of the sofa is 20.4", which is clearly stated on our product page. This design is tailored to complement the Home Theater Reclining Sofa, allowing users to rest comfortably in a semi-reclined position. In this position, the sofa provides lumbar support for the back and allows the head to naturally lean back, helping to relieve neck strain. We strongly encourage you to try the reclining function of the sofa, and we're certain it won't disappoint! However, we fully understand that preferences vary, and we value your feedback as it helps us improve our products. Thank you again for your input.
