Normally I love eos chapstick but this one is not good. It makes your lips look white and it’s not very moisturizing either. My lips are just as chapped and dry when I put it on. Don’t recommend

I was really excited to find that EOS came out with a lip balm that has SPF, but I don’t love it. It leaves a white cakey film on your lips. The application is far from smooth, it feels chalky. I will be sticking to the original EOS balms over this.

Where I live, the sun is always intense, so i'm always looking for a good lip balm that has SPF in it. This lip palm has SPF 15 in it and says that the protection could last up to eighty minutes. This is awesome, so I don't have to keep reapplying every few minutes. The lip balm itself is nice and smooth and has a light pineapple coconut smell to it. It also doesn't have a very intense taste, which I really like. I may just use this lip balm all year long. Overall, I gave it a perfect score because it's perfect, long-lasting, smooth and silky, a fun pineapple coconut scent and taste, with the HUGE added bonus of SPF 15! Amazing product.

The bright colors of the tube scream "summer" and make it easier to locate the lip balm when digging around in my purse. I often forget about SPF for my lips when I'm outside in the summer, so I appreciate being able to have a good balm with SPF in it. The texture is a little grainy when you first apply it, but once you rub your lips together the graininess goes away. Be sure to only use a single light swipe though because it DOES leave a white film on your lips, so a light swipe will keep the film minimal. (The white film is why it only gets 4 stars.)

I used it when my lips were pretty chapped so the white cast was very noticeable and wasn’t flattering, when I used it and didn’t have chapped lips the white cast wasn’t very noticeable though. Another thing I noticed was that the actual chapstick got stuck after pushing it out. When I try to unwind it back in the product doesn’t go back in so you have to push it back. Overall I think this will be nice in the summer for pool or beach days to avoid getting sunburnt lips and it has a pleasant smell.

It fades after a few minutes or with some blending, but it’s definitely something to be aware of if you're applying it on the go or layering it over other lip products. Packing was fine just a bit plain jane! That said, the SPF 15 is a huge plus, especially for sunny days or outdoor activities. I’d rather deal with a slight white tint than risk sunburned lips especially since I work outside in the summer! Overall, it’s a great lip balm with sun protection—just wish it went on a bit clearer!
