Funko POP! Marvel: Fantastic Four Human Torch Figure

super cute! this is my favorite human torch funko. I am so happy it was in stock! also, target sent it so quickly to me and it was packaged so securely, ill definitely be purchasing my funkos from here for now on!

I am very disappointed with this experience. I have never had any problems with Target before, but this was supposed to be a gift. After purchasing the figure—which I had promised to a child—the delivery date was postponed more than three times. Meanwhile, the figures continue to be offered on Target’s website as if nothing was wrong. In the end, I had to buy my son something else because the figures never arrived, and I had to cancel the order. I feel very upset that there was no apology or compensation offered, only repeated delivery changes. I truly hope Target can improve this situation for future customers.

Product luckily was in good shape considering it was sloppily moving around in the box it was shipped in. There were no additional packaging surrounding it or around it to prevent it from moving around and potentially getting damaged.
