Autobrush Black Sonic Pro-Women Electric Toothbrush

I bought the autobrush because brushing my teeth has always been one of those annoying executive dysfunction tasks. Half the time I’d either forget, get distracted, or just avoid it because it felt like such a production. This thing honestly helps. I pop it in, press the button, and 30 seconds later I’ve at least done something. It feels cleaner than when I skip, and the blue light thing makes it kind of fun. I’ve noticed my gums bleed less, which is huge. That said, it’s not fully automatic. I still need to wiggle it around a bit to get the sides, but it does feel more squeaky-clean than when I use a regular toothbrush. For someone with ADHD who struggles with routines, this lowers the barrier enough that I’ll actually use it.
