The CHARD 10.5qt Fish and Wing Fryer comes with everything you need to begin your outdoor cooking experience. Perfect for camping, tailgating, and backyard cooking. Constructed of aluminum, steel and cast iron components. Features include a CSA approved steel 4-legged base with cooking pot positioning brackets. A 50,000 BTU cast-iron burner provides power for quick oil heat up and recovery time. The adjustable regulator helps ensure proper temperature control. The 10.5-quart aluminum pot with side handles is the ideal size for preparing your favorite foods such as fish, wings or fries. Other accessories include: 5 inch thermometer and strainer basket with an insulated handle for safety and a built-in drain hook to ensure quick and easy draining.

It’s super good quality. My husband said it was easy to use and not terrible to clean up and put away. Love this thing!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was a great fryer from Chard,it performed really flawless out of the box and took less than 15 minutes to setup.The built in regulator on the hose along with the thermometer made it easy to control the temperature while frying which was really convenient.This fryer was built with good quality material,the steel stand is sturdy,durable,and not too heavy which makes for easy moving or transporting.The 10.5 qt aluminum pot heats up quick and can easily handle all your frying needs I loved it 10 out of 10!

Great for frying fish!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent propane, compact size fryer. We used it to fry fish and it did an excellent job. We especially appreciated the basket that was easy to lift the fish out of the pan. The pan are generously size which hold a lot of fish to feed our family. It comes with a thermometer that allows you to keep the oil at a consistent temperature. That helps the oil to not get too hot so you don’t burn or helps you keep it hot enough so that your food does not get soggy. The unit was easy to clean and heated up quickly. Overall, I think this is an excellent outdoor fryer to use when you don’t want to fry in the house and smoke up your house. I highly recommend this get-togethers when you have a lot of frying to do. Cleanup was also easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to install. It is sturdy. I can't wait to fry my chicken. The best part is that it comes with the strainer and the thermometer. The strainer can drain all the excess oil and the thermometer is there to fry or steam your food to ensure your food comes out the way you like it.
