[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Chard Fish/ Wing fryer was great! We used it for fish, wings and fries in our garage as it was chilly outside. Setup was super easy, just book it up to a propane tank and you're good to go! Loved the basket inside, it made it easy to drain the oil and dump food on a plate, then add more/ different items to fry!

The crispiest wings I have ever had. And let me tell you- this thing is the life of a party! What an awesome product.

It’s super good quality. My husband said it was easy to use and not terrible to clean up and put away. Love this thing!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was a great fryer from Chard,it performed really flawless out of the box and took less than 15 minutes to setup.The built in regulator on the hose along with the thermometer made it easy to control the temperature while frying which was really convenient.This fryer was built with good quality material,the steel stand is sturdy,durable,and not too heavy which makes for easy moving or transporting.The 10.5 qt aluminum pot heats up quick and can easily handle all your frying needs I loved it 10 out of 10!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembling, this was pretty easy to do, took about 30 minutes. It's easy to wipe down and clean. You can fit a lot of wings in this. The basket has a nice handle where you can hang it up on the side of the pot to drip excess oil off the wings. Only issue I had with this was the pot came dented, and I had to pop it out. The pot is a a little thin, I'm curious as to how long it will last.

I was able to fry chicken for my family of 7 in half the time and less mess. I like that you can control the temperature by turning the knob to open up more gas if you want. The frying pot has a hook to drain oil off food. The thermometer worked well too. After the oil was cooled I was able to drain the oil and clean the pot. It didn’t take long and was pretty simple.

We especially appreciated the basket that was easy to lift the fish out of the pan. The pan are generously size which hold a lot of fish to feed our family. It comes with a thermometer that allows you to keep the oil at a consistent temperature. That helps the oil to not get too hot so you don’t burn or helps you keep it hot enough so that your food does not get soggy. The unit was easy to clean and heated up quickly. Overall, I think this is an excellent outdoor fryer to use when you don’t want to fry in the house and smoke up your house. I highly recommend this get-togethers when you have a lot of frying to do. Cleanup was also easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can say that I've never deep fried anything outdoors until I got this. So interms of size, it is plenty large. Held a good chunk of a 5gal bottle of oil. Heated really fast, and honestly the temperature stayed much more consistent than I expected. Tried a few different items, made some chips, fish sticks and some other quick items I had lying around. Everything cooked really nicely, and had a very satisfying crunch, and fresh hot taste. Clean up was fairly quick and easy, cool the oil, filter the oil, and put it in a container. Wiped it out with some paper towels to decrease the amount of left over oil, and proceeded to was with warm water and soap. Came clean really well.
